Here is an outline of what we can do for you.

Free of Charge

• If you are a new business we will register you with Revenue for whatever taxes we feel are necessary for your business. (Income Tax/Corporation Tax, Vat or PAYE).
• We will provide a free consultation (up to 2 hours) guiding you through how to keep proper records for your accounts.
• We will advise on which legal format your business should take – be it as sole trader or a limited company.
• For new clients we can review prior year returns to decide whether they may need to be adjusted.
• Let us come to your business! Our flexible business approach means we can call to you at a time that suits YOU !

As part of our fee

• File all necessary returns to the Revenue Commissioners / CRO.
• Review your records on a timely basis to ensure you are keeping proper records.
• Recommend any potential funding you should apply for (e.g. support from your local enterprise board).
• Review your personal tax situation to ensure you are maximising all tax credits available.
